One of the most common complaints from our readers is that our product is not as intuitive as it needs to be and our online documentation is full of text and hard to read through.

To make our readers’ life easier, I innovated a framework that can be used to create browser-based walkthroughs in minutes as long as you have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS. The walkthroughs are very friendly to visual readers, and turned out to be a major contributing factor when the NPS raised last year.
